Day
Menu
Robin’s first venture, Rolling Penny, became a Newtown staple — and since stepping away, the focus has been on how to return to that space with new ideas,
Nest by day is our answer. A more elevated take on brunch in a city already full of incredible options — built from experience, curiosity, and a desire to push things just a little further.
Expect familiar ideas, done differently. Think char siu-style speck in place of bacon, perfectly cooked sous vide eggs, and dishes that balance comfort with a bit of edge. Alongside it, a tight drinks offering — fun takes on Bloody Marys, bright mimosas, and good coffee to keep things grounded. This is our way of paying homage to a Newtown institution, while giving it a fresh perspective. The same energy, a new chapter — and a menu designed to feel exciting, thoughtful, and worth coming back for.
