At night, Nest becomes something else entirely.

The space shifts into a relaxed, intimate dining room where guests can engage with the menu in their own way — whether that’s settling in for a full tasting experience, or dropping in for a few plates, charcuterie, and a glass of wine.

During my time in the Central West, I had the privilege of exploring some of NSW’s most exciting vineyards. Two that really stuck with me were De Beaurepaire (Rylstone) and Jessop Wines (Orange). With similar climates and a shared sense of place, both producers are doing something pretty special — and we’re stoked to showcase them here at Nest. It’s a small list with a bit of everything. And with petrol prices doing their thing… you don’t have to head out to the Central West — you can just pop in and drink it here. …but seriously, if you ever get the chance — go check them out. They’re amazing.

BEER & CIDER

We’ve always loved working with Young Henrys — Newtown’s go-to for beer, and for good reason… they’re fucking cool. For now, we’re keeping things tight. It was important for us to walk before we run, so this drinks list is a small showcase of three producers we rate highly.

Cocktails and spirits are on the way — and if you’re after something non-alcoholic, just ask the team. We’ve got you.

Young Henrys — Natural Lager Balanced, hazy golden, easy drinking — 9 Young Henrys — IPA Hazy golden, balanced bitterness, refreshing finish — 9 Young Henrys — Cloudy Cider Fresh apple, lightly cloudy, crisp finish — 9
